RED MULCH

Produced from hardwood forest scraps, small tree stems, or in some cases, from recycled shredded waste wood.  Red mulch provides a nice contrast to green landscapes, hinders the growth of troublesome weeds, and helps maintain moisture.

NATURAL/BROWN MULCH

Natural mulch is dark brown in color, which indicates its maturity and nutrient-rich properties and doesn't contain any additives. Over several months, this type of mulch decomposes, infusing nutrients into the soil. This process not only adds beneficial bacteria to the soil, but it also increases organic content and creates a healthy environment for earthworms.

PLAYGROUND MULCH

Great for preventing weeds and maintaining ground cover. Playground mulch is also free twigs, soil, and leaves which accelerate its decomposition process. There are no additives, dyes, and chemical treatments leaving a natural and clean light yellow color.

HEMLOCK MULCH

Hemlock is a hardwood tree used for many industrial purposes. Its bark has a rich burgundy color, which accents plants in the garden and creates contrast among all the green growing things. It is an organic mulch that may be finely ground or in larger more emphatic chunks. Organic mulches aid in water retention, keep weeds down, and grdually compost the soil, releasing nutrients into surrounding plants.
